Luyckx has a training centre equipped with home automation and teaching equipment. The classroom has both practical and theoretical sections. This hands-on aspect enables participants to immediately put theoretical knowledge into practice, making them better prepared for challenges in the field.
The training courses are flexible and suitable for a wide range of participants, from technical staff to machine operators. Each programme is adapted to the level and function of the trainees so that everyone gets the most out of the training. We also offer the option of on-site training. This means that your team can learn in their familiar working environment, with direct application to your specific machines and processes.
Our employees are retrained on an ongoing basis. For instance, we were recognised by BMWT as a training centre for ‘The New Turning’. In this training, we teach machine operators how to operate their machines effectively and efficiently.
